Cannot access main SQL Server database

getting error below... any ideas.
all was working fine a few mins ago.
win2k sp4 and orion ver 7.8
did run out of disk space on my c drive earlier today.. clear some files out of the temp folder freed up a couple of hundred megs.
rebooted server.. logged in ok all working and all of a sudden started getting the following errors.
