UDT not showing logged in users

So, I've recently started using UDT. Our three Domain Controllers (DC) are polling correctly. We are trying to view users that log into the network. However, I can't seem to get it to provide any reports. What am I missing? I've tried removing the DC's and re-adding them again, to no avail. Thoughts? Suggestions? Is more information required?
