SNMP Trap Receiver

Is there is way to copy Rules to a new rule when making rules for SNMP traps that have been recieved?

Example: You create a rule to notify a specific group of people when a power supply fails at sitex.. SiteY will have the same trap but different notification list. Would be nice to be able to copy a rule and make some minor modifications.
