REPORT WRITER and using the button 'Printable Version'

What might be causing this issue when viewing a published report in Orion and clicking PRINTABLE VERSION and all you get when printed or else in Print Preview is the Header and Footer - no data?

This is happening for one user. The actual report is seen just fine. But when he selects it using the top right button called "Printable Version" and then at that next screen he uses 'Print Preview' - it does not contain data nor does it printout with data. It is empty. Only the header/footer is there.

Hi Larry--

As I understand it, if you are dealing with just one user, it is likely a permissions issue. If it's happening for multiple users, it's likely a bug. Have you checked the permissions?

hmm seems like a permissions issue. I assume this user has had a subdirectory created within the Reports directory?
