adding new interfaces problem

Hi,

I'having trouble with some of the interfaces. I can see them in the router (juniper m40e) but i cannot see or discover these interfaces in Orion They're all gigabit ethernet interfaces . So is there anyway to add these ghost interfaces to orion? Anyone has an opinion? I m really stuck right now. I tried to rediscover the node but no chance...

Are you seeing only a few of the interfaces or none of them at all for this node?

only a few interfaces. Newly configured interfaces are missing.
