New Year, Same problem as last year (System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Year, Month, and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime.)

Hello,

I have Orion NPM 9.1 SP2 with same problem that I had last year, can't view the graphs in the web interface because of this error:

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Year, Month, and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime.

Is there a hotfix available for this??? for free??

Alex,

Do you have current maintenance? If so you can upgrade to 9.5 SP4 and that will fix it. If not you might try re-running the hotfix from last year.

My maintenance is expired and I don't think I can have it renewed before the end of the month.

Do you know when SP4 was released?

A couple of months ago. Being that you are still on 9.1 have you tried rerunnung the hot fix?

Hehe....now I remember what happened. I had to format the polling server and when I reinstalled, I didn't load the hotfix (nor updated to any SP while I had the maintenance active).

Is there any way I can get that hotfix?

I am in the same boat. No money, maintenance lapsed. I could use the patch as well.
