Monitoring the use of TLS versions on an interface

How do I monitor the use of TLS1.0 or TLS 1.1 on an interface so that I can understand to what degree my customers are using each protocol?

Hi Bob,

One way to do this is to monitor the network traffic on the interface and passively capture the encryption and cipher metadata. Not sure how you would do this natively in SolarWinds products but we have support for this in our LANGuardian application. More in this blog post
