server requirements for NPM and NCM installed on the same server

I want some advise on the server requirements when I install NCM and NPM on the same server.

The SQL database is installed on a separate cluster and these requirements can be ignored.

The documentation for both modules, NCM and NPM are the same.

CPU: 3GHz, dual core

memory: 3GB

But what are the requirements if both services run on the same server ? ( Virtual server VMware )
