How do I upgrade our evaluation license to the new license we just purchased? We installed the NPM 9.1 Demo on our server and later went ahead and purchased an SL100 license. So the question is how do I apply this new license to the demo?
I noticed in the documentation for the License Manager 2.0 that you can upgrade from evaluation licenses to production licenses. Though when I install License Manager 2.0 directly on the demo server it tells me that there aren't any licensed SolarWinds applications found on this computer.
I called tech support and received two different answers from two different people. One of them told me that it can't be done and that I need to re-download and install the licensed version of NPM 9.1 and the other person told me I shouldn't have any problems upgrading the license. Though the second person couldn't tell me how to do it. :)
So any help for this newbie would be most appreciated.
