Feature request - Ability to copy user config

I would like to be able to create a template user which could then be copied when creating new users.

This would allow me to use custom views and account limitations for various groups without having to manually jump through the "Add Limitation" process, or check every drop-down setting, every time.

Along those lines, it would also be nice to have the ability to assign users to groups and define settings for the group rather than individually define settings for each user.

We are working on native AD integration with group support and what you can do there is create an AD group and assign whatever permission etc. to that group, then just add that new user to that AD group and you are good to go
