Application Monitoring Reporting

How can I run reports on the Applications that I am monitoring using the Application Monitoring add in to Orion NPM?

For example if I want to run a report showing all servers running SQL Server and average daily CPU usage and memory usage how can I do this with report writer?

I take it by the lack of response from SolarWinds that Orion NPM is not able to pull any reports about the applications that it monitors using the Application Monitoring Package.

This is something I have found severly lacking as well - you know what they say about assumption, well, thats what I did when I bought the Application Monitor pack. Bye bye 1 grand.

While the lack of GUI-based functionality in Report Writer for new features like the App Monitor is disappointing, I'm sure that one can write some SQL queries using Report Writer that can get the data you want. Check out this tutorial to see how to use the 'Advanced SQL' option in Report Writer:
