Lots unknown

Hello,

i began yesterday with NPM. I made discovery and found all my network, GOOD. But only one machine as shown like Windows XP installed, all others machines and servers are shown like unknown. How i can revert this? Have some place to put a windows authentication or dont? Mine Switches, hardphones, ESX are correct but need show correct the machines.

We pull the vendor information from SNMP - have the other devices been set up for SNMP? Also, has Orion been provided with the correct SNMP credentials for those devices in the Discovery?

No, it doesn't use windows authenitcation. You need to double check that all of your devices have been set up for SNMP correctly

How i change the SNMP?
