I get this error when running the online/offline installer. Looks like incompatibility started from
VNQM 4.4 & Orion Platform 2017.3
These are the versions that are currently installed.
May I ask what's the purpose of running the installer? when was the offline installer downloaded?
Try just downloading the installer for VNQM 4.4.1 and run that. If still no luck, then remove VNQM 4.4 and run the installer again.
I had a similar problem with the new installer and VMan version 7. I had to remove VMan first and then the new installer would run ok.
general purpose... to remove or update a module...
Been there done that... the module versions I believe are current... offline/online installer seems unusable at this point. Opened a case with support and they can't figure it out either. I went as far as removing everything and reinstalling everything and still ended up with this.
That's annoying that support can't fix it
When you say you removed everything, do you mean you un-installed all the modules and then re-installed them by using the new installer? Or?
As a stab in the dark, just check that you don't have double ups of Solarwinds programs in Add/Remove programs in Control Panel.
Do you have a support case open already for this? What version of the installer did you run?
