Ever since 9.5 sp3 upgrade, system running incredibly slow

Question

It takes forever to log into the machine now, and it takes Orion 5 minutes to start sometimes.  When I initially ran the upgrade, something was messed up, so I had to reboot and do a repair.  After that, everything seemed to be alright, but the server is still running ridiculously slow.  I thought it might be (again) due to syslog activity, so I stopped all devices forwarding syslogs to this server, and blew out the contents of that table.  Still slow.

What changed in this version to cause this?

What are the system spec of the PC running your Orion install? Do you have the SQL database on a separate server than the Orion install?

bwilliams13 I recommend opening a support ticket to further look into and diagnose what is going on

If you haven't already done so, make sure the SQL database is not on the same server with Orion.  I have seen dramatic improvements having the database separated, and problems with services not starting disappear.
