My Solarwinds NPM server crashed recently, I have managed to setup another server but but I am unable to activate license on the new server, see below error. Is there a way to deactivate it from the old crashed server since internal solarwinds product Licenser and license manager tool are inaccessible. Is there any other option before I open a ticket with support team ?
