Monitoring? Yes.
NPM 10.4 includes the ability to monitor:
- Device status (synch & failover)
- VIPs
- Pools
- Connections
- Throughput
- Hardware health (fans / temps)
As for backups, I haven't yet attempted to get our F5s into NCM (Network Config Manager) and haven't even check to see if they are compatible. Getting all of my Cisco gear setup in NCM has been a higher priority.
has anyone successfully backed up their F5 loadbalancer and if so what files is it on the BIG IP F5 box?i bleieve it may be 2 il keep looking meantime
