"Do not trigger this action until condition ...." ? in Advance Alert setting

"Do not trigger this action until condition exists for more than ... 5 sec"

in Trigger Condition tap ,  what is mean?

it means that only after the condition has been true for at least 5 seconds, the alert will trigger...

not much sense in setting this for 5seconds though as it does not even poll one more time in this time-span.
