orion network performance monitor 9.5 returning exit code of 1603 windows 2008 64 r2

Salam,

I am installing my orion network performance monitor 9.5 on windows 2008 64 r2 (SP1) with SQL 2008 R2, but while installing it gives error 1603, i search about it but doesn't help, kindly see the attached image and advice please.

Faisal,

We've seen this a couple times before. The issue is with your msi installer on Windows, so you'll want to do a Windows Update. If that doesn't address it, try the following:

Make sure you have enough free disk space, Net.Tcp service is started, and you're running Server 2003, which latest Service Packs.
Run Orion install
When you see the first screen, do not click next
Go to %TEMP%\SWOrionSetup\SubInstallers
You should see CoreInstaller.msi there
Run the coreinstaller.msi
Run remove.bat (in command line so you can see any error if there is one)
Continue with install

NO i am running windows 2008 64 bit R2 with SP1 and Net.Tcp Listener adapter and Net.Tcp Port sharing service both are disabled in services window ...
