Are there any plans to be able to add notes to an alert acknoledgement via the website?
This feature would be very helpful to have so you not only know who acknowledged the alert but it makes it possible to see what is happening with it. For example, there is an overnight tech support department at my company and they take all the calls during the night. If something goes wrong that triggers a recurring alert, but its not critical enough to call and wake someone up, they will just acknowledge the alert and send out an email to the person in charnge of whatever it is telling them to take a look at it. But the other people looking at the alert page in Orion would have no idea because there is no way to display what is going on.
