Network Performance Monitor (NPM)
Getting CPU and Memory from Solaris
brentmc
Hello,
We are using net-snmp agent (formerly ucd-snmp) with the HOST-RESOURCES-MIB on a Solaris 8 server. When adding this as a node to monitor on Solarwinds, we can get the Volumes information and network information as resources to monitor. However, Solarwinds does not show the CPU/Memory check boxes to monitor.
Does anyone know how to add these to Solarwinds so we can monitor them? I can do a snmpwalk on the sun server and see the cpu and memory under the HOST_RESOURCES_MIB, so the Sun server has it available.
Thanks,
Brent
