We have a suggested workaround for this.
The current work around if you have Windows devices reporting 100% CPU, but they are actually performing at a lower rate is:
1.) Open the Orion System Manager:
2.) Right click on the device in question
3.) Go to Node Details
4.) From here adjust the statistical polling interval to a higher value
Example: If you're polling every 4 minutes, change it to poll every 6 or 7 minutes.
After making the above changes you'll need to allow the polling to catch up with itself. You should start to see changes in a few hours.
