I'm create a new set of alerts that are modified copies of existing alerts. From previous experience, this will prompt a scan of the database and generate alerts for existing conditions the meet the trigger requirements. I'd like to avoid that has those conditions have already generated trouble tickets and technicians are responding to them already.
Is there way to add date/time condition to the alert so that event ( disk full, node down, etc ) has have occurred after a set date and time? I don't know that the alert condition would look like, but that is the gist of it.
If that is not possible, I'll just have to prepare the recipient of the alerts for the upcoming barrage of problem notifications.
