I was referred here by Customer Service to see if anyone had any ideas as to how to solve my problem.
Basically we have an Orion NPM v8 license that I need to reinstall. The system it was on had a catastrophic failure so I was unable to use the Licensing tool to migrate the license to a newer system. The last time I had to move the license in this manner, an email to Customer Service took care of it.
They provided me with a download link for v8, but stated that v8 is now an unsupported version, as they only work with the last two major releases.
Am I to understand that because v10 is out, our license for v8 is now defunct and unusable? Do we have any recourse other than to purchase the v10 upgrade, which we are in no way in a position to do at the moment?
Does anyone have any way to retrieve our license, which no longer appears in our customer account (although, oddly, a copy of Engineers Toolset v8 still shows up in a separate account)
