Domain login using an account from a trusted domain.

I am trying to get domain authentication to work. My orion is in abc domain, and most of my users login to xyz domain. There is a full 2 way trust between the domain. Orion can find the accounts in xyz domain and add them into itself with no issues. But when I try to login using that account (ie xyz\users1) it give me the following error.

Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer

I know I am missing something simple, just cant figure it out.
