Server Migration Woes

Hello,

I am trying to migrate from our Test server to the new production server. I have been following the steps in the SolarWinds migration guide, however once I restore the database from the old server - run the Configuration Wizard, then I get an error when starting the System Manager. A screenshot of the error is attached.

The database version is the same, the user names and passwords used are the same. I have tried backing up and restoring from both the Orion Database Manager and from the MS SQL Interface with no luck. The system seems to refuse to use an existing database completely, as if I simply get the Configuration Wizard to create a database (even with the same name) then it starts no problem (just without all of our data).

Any help would be appreciated, as we urgently need to move away from our test server but cannot afford to loose the data.

Orion has admin credentials to make the

initial connection to the new SQL server-

I was able to correct this by getting the Configuration Wizard to create a new user account on the same database.
