Where to obtain upgrade software

Okay, this seems like a horribly simple question but I can't manage to figure it out.
I'm currently running v7.4 and would like to upgrade to at leaste v7.6 (the first to include the syslog server).
Where do I get the upgrade from? Is it a free patch or something you have to purchase?

The upgrade (basically you downloaded the whole new version) from the SW site. You must have an active maintenace contract in order to do this.
