Moving Orion to another server

Hi All
I would like to remove the installation of Orion 8 from one server and install it on another with a different server name. What is the best way to backup the configuration / data and restore to other server?
Will there be any licensing issues as when you get license key it is based on server name also?

Please reference the Orion Server Migration Guide for detailed steps of the process. You will need to backup all customized maps and reports. All other configurations will carry over.

You will also need to obtain a replacement license prior to the install.
