Map status showing worst instead of warning

Question

My 9.1 SP1 Orion Maps are showing the worst status instead of the warning status. I have already gone into the Web Console settings and changed the setting but I see no effect even after clearing the web Cache and refreshing. It's like the setting has no effect any more. I know it used to, because the value was cahnged when I upgraded to 9.1 SP1 and had to change it to Warning myself.

Does anyone have an idea why the map might not be showing correctly or how to clear the issue ?

I found the solution.  Re-apply SP1

Although my Orion website said I was running 9.1 SP1, apparently, I really wasn't.
