Alerts are not being sent from NPM

Hi,

From yesterday Alerts have stopped from NPM

I have tried upgrading to NPM 9.1 SP5 and Netlfow 3.1 SP2

I get the below error

Could not create Alert Action (SWAlertActions.EmailAction)

I could see this in the logs in the Test Fire Alerts

Can some one help please?

I had the same issue after removing the toolkit from my polling server. After removing the toolkit, go to your control panel-add and remove programs, and do a repair on NPM. This worked for me. Good luck.

I found that I had Orion Engineers toolset Evaluation verison installed and when i removed it yesterday this issue started

I reinstalled it now and could see the alerts working fine

can you help me with removing the Engineer tool removed?

Once repaired Orion NPM, you need to re-apply the latest Service Pack, as it does not do it automatically.
