Active Alerts Zero.

Hi,

I facing the same problem with alerts. alerts from stale data when NPM server is rebooting after being down for a while. We can find alerts condition is in event details but in the "All active alerts" window have blank screen in the Home window under all active alerts is also blank.

Please any one have clue on this issue.

Issue resolve after running configuration wizard and reboot at hoilday.

Sorry I don't really follow what you are trying to ask. Alerts are different from events. Even though you may see events, you may not have any alerts triggered.

Can you please explain it a bit further, maybe some screenshots?

Actuality what I was asking is that even the trigger action happen and shown in events logs like reboot of particular a node as I set alert on reboot of some critical nodes but alert not trigger nor we receive email which I set on action and what I notice this is happen after unplanned reboot of NPM server before this we were getting alerts normally.

Ok please supply your alert that you think should've triggered. So since the reboot it has no longer worked?

Make sure your Solarwinds Alerting Engine is running. In fact check that they are all running. If that's ok, let's check your alert.
