Formula for SLA trends

We need to introduce a new formula for exemple : SLA availability = (1- number of lost packets + transit delay > 200 ms) / Number of sent packets) * 100. And we want to get this information represented by trends or graphs.

Is it possible to do it with any Solarwinds modules : NPM or APM or IP SLA Manager ?

If all the stats you want can be pulled via SNMP you should be able to use the Universal Device Poller
