I found some answers that it's in the database Events table but where is that located in SQL express and enterprise? Please navigate me there. Thank you.
The event table is the event log. [yoursolarwindsdatabasename].dbo.events
Depending on how old your solarwinds environment is the default names would most likely be netperfmon or solarwindsorion
