Service packs for eval copies

I'm trying to build out a quick test lab with the current versions of our Orion apps, so we can 'test' the upgrade to the latest current versions. So I've installed the base NPM 9.5 and want to apply SP4 but it fails a license check. Now some of my services won't start, also failing the license check. I just install the 30 day eval copy today, so I know it's not a "time's up" issue.

Any ideas? I don't think I can open a support ticket on the eval copy...

Hi John--

You are correct--you can't open a support ticket with an eval copy but you can ask a Sales Engineer--do you have one that you have worked with in the past that you can call? I'm also going to route your post over to sales so they can reach out to you and answer your questions.

You are upgrading from an older version of Orion, right? If so, depending on your configuration, you might want to upgrade to 9.5.1, which is now available.

Thanks Marie. I have been in touch with my sales engineer. Yes, we want to upgrade to 9.5.1 but need to get a similar install to test the upgrade. I need something in place to upgrade before I perform it on our production systems.

Eval 9.5 SP2. Then I tried to apply SP4 from our customer portal and I think that threw out the license failures.
