Possibility to trace who added/edited/deleted a node

We have multiple users able to add/change/delete nodes into our Orion system.
We would like to trace who performed a specific change.
If I see a new node added, how can I do to know who added it? or changed? or deleted?

Also about APM, who assigned a specific Application Temeplate to a node or created/changed/deleted and Application Templare?

Would like to see this feature in the next release :-)
