How to monitor overlapping private IP space?

I have a situation where I need to be able to monitor overlapping private IP space. Is this something that can be handled with an additional polling engine? My understanding is that this is currently not possible, is that true?

Yes, you can do this with additional pollers.

So I am assuming that when I add a new node that has an overlapped IP, so long as I specify a polling engine where that IP doesn't already exist I will be good?
