There is a readme in the zip file for the MIB DB you download, but here is the content:

SolarWinds MIB Database Update

Build: 09/23/2009

This update to the MIB database includes the latest standard vendor MIBs, along with those supplied by SolarWinds customers previous to the above build date.

The following products take advantage of the MIB database: Orion Network Configuration Manager (Orion NCM), formerly Cirrus Configuration Manager, Orion Network Performance Monitor (Orion NPM), and SolarWinds Engineer's Toolset all use the MIB database.

The database is compressed and can be installed by opening the zip file and copying the new MIB database file (MIBs.cfg) over your old database file.

To update your MIBs.cfg file:

1. Navigate to your installation folder using Windows Explorer and locate the MIBs.cfg file. By default, you can find the MIBs.cfg file in one of the following locations:

* Orion NCM: \Program Files\SolarWinds\Configuration Management

* Orion: \Program Files\SolarWinds\Common

* Toolset v8: \Program Files\SolarWinds\Engineer's Edition\

* Toolset v9: \Program Files\SolarWinds\Engineer's Toolset\

* Toolset v10 (placement based on Windows OS):

-Windows Server 2003 and earlier use \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SolarWinds\

-Windows Vista or 2008 Server use \ProgramData\SolarWinds\

2. Unzip the new MIB database to a temporary directory, and then replace the outdated MIBs.cfg file with the new MIBs.cfg file.

You should be able to download from the customer portal and send a request to support to update

That's what I'm trying to ask. how and where do I find the customer portal to download the information and once I get it downloaded, how do I load it into Orion.
