Thanks for update. we run solarwinds recommendation file .it is working.I have another question. we added node or server into solarwinds after saving node

it's getting website error. please find the below screen shot. could you help me on that. I checked everything but no proper solution

What does your orionweb log say when you trigger this?

One tip - if you Google "Thwack + error description" you can find many answers for these kinds of problems.

This is not the exact error, but might be good to try.
