Within Storage Manager I ran an agent health report and this is what I am getting. What causes the "Java Heap Space" to be offline?
Agent ran out of allocated memory

You may want to go to the Manage Agent Assignments page in the Settings section to see how devices that have been assigned to the Agent in question, and you can re-allocate the load across multiple agents from this page.
