Custom MIB pollers

Hi,

I have just installed Orion v9 for the first time and starting to add nodes and alerts.

I have a problem with custom pollers as the option doesn't exist under the file menu, or by right clicking on a node. During the install I recall seeing a message about MS SNMP Trap services not being installed - could this have something to do with it ?

Can you please provide some guidence.

The old Custom MIB Poller has been removed. You now use the Universal Device Poller, which is launched from the Start menu.
