Sw Toolset integration

Can the development team provide more clarity on this :

How can i enfore the toolset integartion to happen again for clients browser.

Problem : I have enabled the toolset integration in a web account but by mistake the user has denied the installtion of toolset integration in his browser. Now he is not being prompted again for it. Is there a way i can do the integartion for him again ?

How can i resolve this issue??

Moreover where is the file which is copied to user's machines(SWtoolset.Menuoptions) placed in the server ??

This is not a setting in Orion itself, but has to do with the settings on the browser itself.

Firefox does not support the Active X plugin and will not prompt you for the download.

IE will prompt you every time you open a new browser unless one of your settings is blocking the prompt. There is really no setting we can do globally that will force the download for the user.

Well unforfunately its not prompting me in IE.

Can you help me in what settings of IE i should be looking for which probably is blocking this installation

For those modifying the SwToolset.MenuOptions file to customize your Orion/Toolset integration menu the file you will want to edit now is at:

<LocalApplicationData>\SolarWinds\ToolsetIntegrationTray\Menu.xml

Where <LocalApplicationData> = <ProfileFolder>\Local Settings\ Application Data

This is for the current method of Orion/Toolset integration which started with Toolset 10.6.
