user with restricted view getting the following error when trying to log into Orion

Question

I am running the following version of Orion.

Engine Version 8.5.0 - Orion Version 8.5 - August 2007

the user gets the following error when trying to access the site.

Thanks Mark, that did the trick... it was assigned to listen to all IP addresses but didnt have the custom.config file enabled.

Ok.. its friday... 11AM... time for beers...

Try this:

* Rename      \Inetpub\Solarwinds\Orion\custom.config.txt to custom.config
* If IIS is listening on just a      single specific IP address, edit custom.config and replace      "localhost" with that IP address. If IIS is listening on all IP      addresses, just leave it as "localhost".
* Restart IIS
