cannot see clients connected to my WAPs

I have some Cisco Aironet 1200 access points that are in my Orion DB and have been designated as wireless devices in System Manager. Hiowever, when I click on a WAP on the web site it shows no wireless clients connected, which I know is not correct.

What might be going on here?

I think you need the wireless module for Orion to get that info.

As I said, the WAPs have been selected for wireless monitoring in the System Manager. So, yes wireless monitor is already installed.

I had a similar issue with my clients and I resolved it by upgrading the IOS on the AP's. I upgraded them to the newest version and everything worked great after that.

Thanks for the input. We discovered two issues which, when corrected solved the problem. The host server IP address was not listed in the AP config, and the community string that Orion was using was not correct.
