Quality of Experience (QoE) - How to create new app

Hi,

Is it possible to create a custom app (not HTTP). We have Progress database here with its own "wire protocol" over ODBC... crazy stuff... Wire Protocol ODBC Driver | Progress DataDirect

... now, how do I go about monitoring this traffic?

At present it is not possible to create custom (non-HTTP) applications. If you would perhaps be able to send over a small PCAP of the desired traffic we can look at future inclusion. rob.hock(at)solarwinds.com

We have a significant number of applications that we will need added for us to consider buying any more QoE network sensors. I would like to see this as a feature we can build ourselves.

Is it still not possible to add new, non-HTTP apps to QoE? We want to add NetApp SnapMirror:
