Solarwinds Bandwidth Monitor

In bandwidth monitoring using SolarWinds Engineer's version 2002, I try to ad the Interface which is recognised, once I try and select the active interface that I want to monitor I keep getting

Run-time error '-2147217887 (80040e21);
Invalid argument.

The Bandwidth monitor application exits, any ideas??
