Changing the Interfase Bandwith from Mb/s to Kb/s

Hellow Guys,

We are evaluating orion NPM to monitor our network and i have one question.

When my interface is detected it detects de bandwidth automatically, but i want to change it, I edit the interface but it sets as default Mb/s, and it doest allow les than 1. I have some serial interfaces that are 768Kb/s. how can i change it?

Use decimal vaules; so in your case your bandwidth would be 0.768

I have this situation with a couple of VSAT links that run at 512kbps and they were automatically detected as 0.512

Thank you nrms, but the thing is is that the node is not automatically detected as 768kbps, it detect them as 2Mbps... and in custom speed configuration do not allows decimal numbers.

The way I fixed this was on SQL changing the value on the interface.
