Availability column in the "ResponseTime" view of the DB?

I am using a query tool to look at the DB and pulling out availability of my nodes. When I look at the view "ResponseTime",

there is a column named "Availability". I am wanting to know does anyone know what time frame this is? Is this a daily, or weekly,

or cumulative of how long this node has been up?
