can't get reports to show in the web

I'm lost as to getting reports option to show on my menu.

I created an id.

I copied the reports to subdir under reports that matches the ID

I selected that subdir for the user.

But I don't see Reports on my menu.

You need to create a customized view in the web admin page, and either add this view
to one of your existing pages, or create a new Menubar item called Reports with
this view included.
I have created a reports view with 3 columns, Utilization reports, Availability Reports
and Inventory reports.
