How to alert on when the default route disappears from selected devices (10.5)?

Hi Guys,

With the ability to show routing information in the recent update I was wondering if it is possible to configure an alert for when a default route drops from devices or even a specific device?

I am not sure it helps but we have an alert to show if eigrp neighbors change or drop on a router
