High Transmit Percent Utilization from HP Printers

I have 2 older HP printers and i keep getting "on port HP-COLOR-TN-HP ETHERNET MULTI-ENVIRONMENT,ROM C.25.80,JETDIRECT,JD115,EEPROM V.28.06 has a High Transmit Percent Utilization." When I look at that node I see the trasmit is thru the roof at times. I have gon e thru all the settings I can on the Jetdirect card. has anyone run into this issue with the older HP printers?

The Hp Printers are an HP-4300 with a Jectdirect 615N and a HP 4650dn with a Jectdirect 620n. Both have been set to 100 full duplex.

Both HP printer have been set to 100 full duplex. It must be installed properly.

It is 1st showing up in the event log as an alert. When I check the node it show up under the Average Response Time & Packet Loss guage and in the the detail history of that node.

The printers are installed correctly. I have hardcoded the printer i/o rate and verified the settings. I have even configured the cisco port as well. If there is any other place to check on the device please let me know and I will chase it down.

I am going to try and replace the JetDirect Card and see if it fixes the issue. I will post if that solves the issue.

I have 26 HP printers with jet-direct cards doing this also. I am looking at one now showing 766938368% Rcv utilization and 140620976% Xmit utilization. These printers all work fine, and I've turned syslogging off on several to test. It shows the interface being overloaded is the loopback interface. This has made my 'Interfaces with high percent utilization' pretty much useless. This was originally posted a long time ago. Was there a solution I've missed? In searching I don't see any solutions.
