Report Writer with Multiple Custom Pollers

OK I think I must have the folks at SolarWinds stumped with this one.  I have opened a ticket for this issue but I haven't heard from them yet.  Highly unusual for the SolarWinds tech support folks because they usually return calls within an hour.....  So here it goes I will toss this question to the Forum and see what happens.

I am using Orion 8.5.1 SLX and I have a lot of custom pollers defined for UPS'  What I am trying to accomplish is creating a report with Report Writer and then using the report scheduler to email this report to all of the techs on a weekly basis.  Since we have approx 200 UPS' in the fiels this report is intended to keep the techs up to speed on battery status load ect... ect....

What I have done so far is I have started a new report in Report Writer and on the 'Select Fields' tab I have added 'Node Name' first and then I added a secon field for 'Custom Poller -> Custom Node Poller -> Poller Name.'  Next on the Filter Results Tab I have added 3 new elementary conditions where 'Custom Poller -> Custom Node Poller -> Poller Name' is equal to Name-1, Name-2 & Name-3. 

When I preview the report I do get all of the data I was expecting and I can even get one custom poller value on the same line as node name but I need to have all 3 custom poller values on the same line as node name.  Is it possible to have multiple custom poller values on the same line in a report.  The format I am looking for is below this line....

Node Name        Name-1            Name-2                Name-3 

Any thoughts or hints would be greatly appreciated.......

I have the same exact problem, because it seems as thought the same poller is polling numerous times and writes to the database numerous times.  I have found that the custom pollers and the way that Orion stores the information in the database in no good for things such as serial numbers because it will write the same serial number numerous times hence the reason why you have the same value numerous times in the reports.  Now the reason why it is writing it numerous times is that the Orion report writer will only let you write reports for "Historical" stats on the custom pollers.  Historical means tht it is keeping data over time.  The report writer needs some more adversity with the custom pollers.  You should be able to write any report you want on the custom pollers and not just on "historical" statistics.  I have reverted to creating my own SQL queries directly but this is very tedious because every custom poller status is stored in the same table, and column.  I really wish that the custom pollers each created thier own column and statistics to make this easier instead of having to parse out all of the stuff you do not need just to pull a simple report.
